Heather has been the most understanding, knowledgable trainer that I have had. I've lost 18 lbs., gained great muscle definition and learned a lot since we've met two years ago. Heather Coley is an awesome trainer. Every workout is different, fun and challenging. I wanted to tone my body and work towards a lower body fat percentage. Working together, I have actually lost 7% body fat and toned my entire body. She's amazing! I owe so much to her. She's very understanding but hard and will hold you accountable. Her studio is private and comfortable. I like the fact that there are no distractions during our hour and that its just us in the studio. We have fun while getting in shape, but be committed, she'll get on ya!!
